Here some examples of projects I've done.  You can go to individual game pages by their titles or by following the links on the sidebar.

Evil Virus

Evil Virus is a third-person shooter set in an infection, pitting the player, as an infectious virus, fighting his way through white blood cells out to destroy you, while devoring red blood cells to recover from any damage they may have done.  This was a project of my team of four members over three months during my senior year of college.

Gravity Ball

Gravity Ball is a simple game I made over a weekend while in college.  The goal is simple:  Keep the ball on the screen for as long as possible.  It bounces off objects in the field, off the walls and ceilings, and off of your paddle - which you can tilt left and right to alter the angle at which it bounces.  Points accumulate over time.  You have five "lifeline" bumpers covering parts of the bottom of the screen, that will help prevent your ball from falling... Once.  The upside to this, is that for every bumper you lose, you gain 100% more points per second, adding a risk vs. reward scenario in an otherwise very simplistic game.

Project Raijin

Project Raijin was my first attempt at a fully 3D game.  A third-person shooter featuring the player and enemy mecha in an open field, the goal is to destroy as many enemies as possible within the time limit.  To help you get around faster, the player has boosters he can use for a quick burst of speed, as well as a hover mode he can use to float over the terrain.  The player can also convert energy from his weapon and booster energy pools in order to gain more energy or administer repairs.

Enemies have a basic situational AI, and will roam the field looking for the player, but will also become aware of the player if he comes within detection range or fires on them.
